Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated September 1, 2026

This website represents my personal professional portfolio. It does not constitute a business activity, does not sell services or products, and does not collect personal data for commercial purposes.

On this page, I transparently explain how the very few data generated by your navigation are managed, in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the main global privacy regulations.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is the owner of the portfolio:

Types of Data Collected and Google Analytics

To understand how many people visit my portfolio and which projects generate the most interest, I use the statistical service Google Analytics (G4A), provided by Google Ireland Limited.

To ensure maximum protection of your privacy, the tool has been configured with very strict restrictions:

  • IP Anonymization: Google Analytics 4 masks and anonymizes your IP address at the network level before saving any data. It is impossible for me or Google to trace your exact identity or location.
  • No Data Sharing: I have disabled any data sharing with other Google services, advertising features (Google Signals), or commercial profiling.
  • No Contact Forms: There are no data entry forms on the site. The only contact channels are direct links to my social profiles or my email.

The collected data are exclusively metrics (e.g., number of page views, time spent on the portfolio).

Legal Basis for Processing and Consent

Statistical tracking only occurs if you express your explicit consent by clicking "Accept" on the initial banner. If you click "Reject" instead, Google Analytics will remain completely blocked. You can change your choice at any time from the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer. The legal basis is your free and revocable consent at any time.

Details of Cookies Used

This site uses only the following categories of cookies:

  1. Technical Cookies (necessary): A first-party cookie generated by the site to remember your choice on the banner (whether you accepted or rejected statistical cookies). It does not require consent, does not track your identity, and expires after 6 months. A second first-party cookie ("lang") is set only if you open a link that forces the language (/eng or /it?lang=it); it expires after 1 day.
  2. Statistical Cookies (Third-Party): Released by Google Analytics only with prior consent
    • `_ga`: Identifies visits anonymously (Duration: 14 months).
    • `_ga_*`: Maintains anonymous session state (Duration: 14 months).

User Rights

Even in the absence of direct identifying data, you have the right to check the status of your consent, revoke it, or request information at the email address indicated in Point 1.
